Board of Directors
NOVA School is a 501-(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board's job is to set policy, choose and evaluate the Director of the school, and work to set strategic directions that ensure the fiscal long-term sustainability of the school into the future. The Board generally does not involve itself in program, curriculum, or faculty decisions, because these are the domain of the Director.
