What is it?

The Big Bash! is NOVA’s annual community celebration — a relaxed, fun night for adults to come together, enjoy great food and drinks, and spend time with other NOVA families, board members, staff, and supporters.

It's a chance to connect outside the school day, meet new faces, catch up with familiar ones, and celebrate what makes NOVA such a special place.

Go to the RSVP link above and read all about it and get your tickets. Email Nicolina (mnmiller@novaschool.org) with any questions at all!

You found the Give a Hoot Owl! Congrats!

The first 5 people that email Nicolina (mnmiller@novaschool.org) and tell her where they spotted the owl will be entered into a drawing for a prize at the end of the year.

There will be one more possible sighting of the Give a Hoot Owl this year. Make sure you keep clicking through the bulletin and portal to find them!

Land Acknowledgement

NOVA is located on the ancestral lands of the Steh-Chass band of the Squaxin Island Tribe and Nisqually Indian Tribe, who have long been stewards of the region’s waters, plants, and animals. The southernmost point of the Salish Sea, these lands were—and still are—a place of gathering, trade, and community for many Coast Salish peoples. We recognize that all who are not Salish peoples are visitors here. We commit to join these peoples to share their history, build relationships, increase representation, and restore the living world around us.
