How to Apply

THREE STEPS TO NOVA ADMISSIONS:

The process starts with learning about NOVA. Contact us at 360.491.7097 or admissions@novaschool.org to arrange a meeting with our Head of School, Barbara Mitchell Hutton.

Visit:

Schedule a half-day visit for your child to attend morning classes with a student guide, Monday through Thursday. Parents are also welcome to observe classes. Contact Admission Director Julie Hankins at admissions@novaschool.org to schedule a visit.

Apply:

Download and print the Admissions Application Packet. This includes documents to be completed by the parent(s), by the student, and by the student's current school and teacher. Submit completed application, in person or by mail, with a $75 non-refundable application fee. Your child's current school and teacher will submit their forms directly to NOVA.

Applying for financial aid is a separate process. Please visit our Tuition and Financial Aid page for information and to apply for financial aid via the FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) online service. Please note that most financial aid will be allocated by April 1, after which there will be limited funds available.
